Q. Does Star Sales Service, Inc. have a minimum order?

A. Yes.  We have a $5.00, total order minimum, on stock items.  Non-stock item minimums vary depending on part.

Q. How does Star Sales Service, Inc. ship?

A. We can ship UPS, FedEx, Courier or LTL (choose your own or we can prepay and add).  We also have a Will Call counter that is open 8am – 5pm Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Q. Can you ship to my location?

A. Yes, we can ship anywhere that you would like.  Whether that is local, national or international.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?

A. Yes, we accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Q. How fast do you ship, once the order is placed?

A. Most orders ship out the same day that they are placed.

Q. How do I open a Net 30 Day account with Star Sales Service?

A. We request 3 trade references, with their fax numbers.  We send out requests the same day.  We will notify you of your account status as soon as your references respond.

Q. Can Star Sales Service hold orders for future release dates?

A. Yes.  We can hold your order for up to one year.

Q.  “I don’t see what I am looking for on your website.  Can Star Sales Service still help me?”
